would really like to know if the basil jones resort is being constructed? have tried to get in touch with adam chandler, the developer and have heard nothing!!! am getting a little bit worried on this resort. please, if someone from ambergris caye could let me know that it is being done, i would really appreciate it. thanks much... valerie

Dear Valerie, Of course it's being built. You can visit the website at: http://www.glentree.com Mr. Chandler is now spending most of his time in Belize. I'm aware he is difficult to get ahold of at this point. That is because he and I are WORKING very hard to get the resort ready for our opening on June 9th. I visited Basil Jones Resort just this past week. It looks great. Construction is progressing and the site is wonderful.

Valerie! We also own at the Basil Jones Resort and everything is in order with RCI as well. I am already using their services and the Resort is listed in the new Exchange directory 2001/2002. Take a look at the new photos. I can't wait to get there and I am not a bit worried that everything will be just great. We will stay there opening week! They still have 2 more month to build, build, build. I watch whole neighborhoods going up in that amount of time here in CA! I am sure the pool, dock and Restaurant can be built that fast.

Hey Bill, sorry I missed you when I was on the island a couple weeks ago. And by the way Valerie, I myself took a boat ride up with Adam and others to check out the place and yes it will be a very nice resort when completed which they were very busy doing! Rest assured it does very well exist!! And by the way....still thinking about it Tami.
