Sway...hey girl! Almost came out to see you last weekend!! We posted a LONG description of it on here....maybe you can find it in archives...it was around end of July..best thing i can say WEAR A LIFE JACKET!!! I swear Rick saved my life. The others in the boat had surfaced, i had not. He went back in and grabbed my feet to get me out from underneath. We were on the other side of the reef, so we then had to "ride the waves" over the reef......it was bad! Thought i was a "gonner"!

Hey C., were you going to come to Lafayette or Albuquerque. Don't know if you know or not but I moved to Albuquerque, NM in August. So what were your travel plans? Even if this wasn't part of them, feel free to come visit anytime. It's so great, and compared to the weather in TX. and LA. this is heaven.

Hey Guys,

Please dont exaggerate cause I work for Gaz and its not as bad as it sounds....
First of all let me tell you that Gaz has contacted us and wasnt happy but the least we can do is clean the beach up..
There is a little bit here and there but nothing too disturbing..
Me, the caretaker, and a neighboring friend walked up the the beach all the way to Avalon Reef Club and we saw the lil pieces...
To ALL...our apologies and let us say it was not our intentions to pollute the beautiful beach of ours.
No noone got hurt, everyone that was onboard is fine.
Any other information is forbidden but we want to put it clear that all is well and we will clean the beach.

Hmmmm.....who said anything about littering the beach? Not much you can do about debris washing ashore.....happens everyday on the island. Go farther north.....you will find tons of it. Just one of those things you have to deal with living on the water.

Glad to hear all are safe and well....and look forward to Gaz' return.

I am also very glad to hear that everyone is safe!
