There hasn't been train service in Belize since about 1934.

There is train service from Mexico City and points north to Merida, YUC.(a colonial city, a very nice place to spend a few days), 6 hours by bus from Chetumal. An earlier stop would be Villahermosa, TAB., 8 hours by bus west of Chetumal.

Are the tracks still around in Belize for
the old train line or have those tracks been reclaimed by nature ?

Who owns that track line these days ?
