Traveling to AC in May

I will be traveling to AC in May with a group of girls. We are staying at a private villa owned by a couple from Aspen...Casa Tortuga. I have read so many good things I am considering going there on my own also for an extended trip. My main concern is safety. Could someone please tell me if it is safe for a girl to travel to and stay alone in AC?

Kathy, you won't have any problems. I've stayed AC alone 3 times.You will have a wonderful time!
