One simple one is " PANTI RIPPER" it is made from pineapple juice and coconut rum and lots of ice.
These ingredients can be bought in any grocery shop.
Have fun!!!!
Where will you be staying?
Hi, trina I would suggest the Orange Walk area. There is a lot to offer there. In particular there is the Lamanai Outpost lodge that offers exactly what you're looking for. You can contact me if you need more info at [email protected]

Rum and Coke with lime aka Cuba Libre.
Rum and juice.
Rum and tonic.
The coconut rum is great with pineapple juice or straight but is quite sweet.
No matter where you go ... There you are!

Mojito: Cuban rum, lime juice, sugar, mint. (It only works with Cuban rum and it works best if you are in Cuba when you drink it...)

Bones, there is a coconut rum here in Belize it's not coconut juice.
to see Maya Ruins you'll need to be in the Cayo area or even visit Tikal.
I just had some guests who travelled there by road ans they said it was pretty safe.
