What is the night life like on AC, im thinking about visiting AC in aug or sept . Can I get a diving cert.there or should I get cert. before I arrive. Are ther many single ladies there, will I be able to find a dance partner.Are Americans well recieved in Belize .Any info will be greatly appreciated. outsidedog

Plenty of night life in San Pedro.

Everyone suggest getting that certification out of the way, before getting to Ambergris, But can be done there too.

Single ladies for dancing, plenty gals locals and tourists in all the clubs.

Yes, Americans are very well received, Belizeans are very sweet nice and helpful.

I've never been in September but I think it is a bit slower than in August and some restaurants may be closed. I have been there twice in August and found plenty of nightlife. Trying to go back again this year.

Just sending this note in case you get it sooner than your e-mail. First, thanks for responding back, and second for offering to help me out.

The Moongoddess T-shirt I'm looking for is not associated with AC as far as I know. I think it has to do with the Mayan goddess of the Moon. I really don't know but I'm sure someone there does.

If you find anything remotely close to the T-shirt I'm looking for, please let me know.
