Skullyboy,

Back to Jackson Hole? As in Wyoming? Is that a vacation place or do you live there? I live in Casper, but I have relatives that live in Jackson. It's a little slice of heaven, isn't it?
Hope you are doing well.

Thanks for the laugh Harriet! laugh

Hey Teenah, I'm working In Jackson. I,ll probably spend the next three months working on the new Four Seasons in Teton Village. I wasn't ready to take on such a big out of town job so soon, But I guess it'll be good to get my mind off things. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Hi Skullyboy,

Teton Village is beautiful. I hope they are providing you with lodging since decent housing is scarce. Are you familiar with the area? I hope you'll have the chance to do some hiking. Fall is my very favorite time of year in Wyoming and fall in the Tetons cannot be beat. Once the aspens start to turn, the bull elk will start bugling and fighting over the cows. I hope you'll be able to get out and enjoy.

Harriette,

Jackson and the surrounding area is a bit too touristy for me, but I still love to go up a couple of times a year just to enjoy the mountains. Occasionally we hunt elk up in that area too, but prefer the less populated areas for hunting. I'm glad you enjoyed the fishing cool

It was many years ago when I was there but we drove about 12 miles in on a red dirt road. The Grand Teaton's were behind us. Has the area grown that far out?

That night a thunder and lightning storm came up and a ranger came through camp saying, "Get out now or you may not get out 'til spring." That red dust sifted into every crack and crevice.

Thanks for the memories. Those were mighty good eating fish! All over 12” – I've forgotten the name of them now, but they were silver colored trout. confused Don't think it was Dolly Varden's.
