My fiance and I are planning a destination wedding to Belize in February 04. This will be our first trip to Belize. I am looking for any information at this time. We would like a small(just the 2 of us) wedding, very informal. We want to stay on Ambergris caye and have been looking at the Sunbreeze. We are not interested in a "wedding package" with all the frills. We are more interested in spending our money on diving and enjoying Belize.
