Good morning everybody,

Just a small thing I like to share with you guys
I'm sitting here in front of my computer (with a nice cup of fresh Belizean coffee and a cigarette), and I'm having an amazing view from the beach and the ocean and the sky just looks like a fairy tale!! Around 5.30am the sky first looks green, and by now it's warm and has so many colors. It just looks like a painting from Dali.
Isn't it great living here in Belize???
Anyway, I'm just curious what everybody can tell about this beautiful country!
Mickey

I believe there are health risks associated with smoking.

If you must choose between two evils, pick the one you've never tried before.

I know, I know... but can you tell me you live like a health freak?
Everybody has something...
Anyway, what's your wonderful experience about Belize?
The reason I ask is because I have to leave soon to the very cold weather (family stuff)grmpfff, and don't feel like going AT ALL! So that's why you can call me an unhealthy sentimental guy...

I'm a health freak!: I'm drinking a coke, and smoke a Colonial (or 2), while also looking at the sea - it's very calm, and after the nightly rains, when listening very carefully, I can hear the palm trees grow.

Live and let live

Mickey, I love the sound of the blackbird cry first thing in the morning. You can't hear that in southern california. I also love that I can walk down the beach in the late afternoon & await the nice lady who sells the great shrimp cocktails/conch ceviche, buy several & enjoy them with a beliken while the sun goes down. Ahh....Sorry you have to leave.

I enjoy not having to own a car to get around, or shoes for that matter. 3 modes of transportation here, golf cart, bike and feet. When you live here for a while you become desensitized to the beauty of the place. The incredible turquise and green of the water, palm trees, quiet beaches, very few cars (at least here on Caye Caulker), happy tourists, music, no beginning and no end. Getting on a boat to go to the big city for shopping. Buying fresh fruit and vegetables from a man who pushes a bicycle cart past my place every afternoon. I love living in a place where EVERY fun thing isnt against the law.
