Caribbean Martini

1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka (I use Grey Goose)
.75 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
splash pineapple juice
shake over ice and pour into chilled martini glass
garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry and a little San Pedro sunshine

Usually anything that has alcohol in it laugh . My current favorite is any type of margarita on the rocks but I'm sure that will change when I get to Belize in a couple of weeks. I would give the recipe but we usually just add whatever we see fit smile . ~Jenn

Favorite cocktail is one of Albert's Panty Rippers. But, as most of you who know me know.... when I'm in a really festive mood, I always order a round of "brain cells". Albert does something special to these concoctions, and they are the BEST!
