Many of you know we are in the final stages of Incorporating and receiving a "Tax Deductable" status with the IRS through the 501(c)3 requirements. This has had some expences we knew were there. However, this has happened faster than I expected. We will have to come up with approxamatly $700.00 to complete this process. By receiving this favored status with the IRS, we will be able to attract bigger donations from people who require this allowance with the IRS in order to take the write off.
