A group of six divers are coming to your wonderful island in February. Can you readily buy vodka & rum in San Pedro? If so, what are to prices like? Not that we drink (a lot) midn you,
but we do occasionally have a Bloody Mary, or
Pina Colada, or Rum & Code, or Corona, etc.

Really looking forward to this trip. Being wanting to come to Belize for five years.

Yes, the grocery stores carry a fair selection. Rum (if my memory serves me) was fairly cheap, around $8 US, but the vodka was about $5 a bottle more than you would pay in the states. I used to pick up a bottle of vodka on the way down, at the duty free wherever we were flying out of, but the added hassle of carrying it carefully wasn't worth the few extra bucks savings. If you like Corona, you will definitely like Belikin. Have a fun trip.

and VODKA was $30.00 for a fifth. The grocery stores kept it under lock and key.

So I guess we'll stop @ duty free on the way out of Atlanta. We're used to carrying our own mixes
(Cranberry Juice/Spicy V-8/etc) things we can never seem to find in the Caribbean.
