On my recent foray south, I discovered that Marie has added some higher levels of heat. I picked up two new ones.
No Whimps Allowed is XXXX, and comes with the following warning: "Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes of skin. Do not play triks on the weak or elderly with this sauce."
BEWARE, Comatose Heat Level is XXXXX, and the same warning.
These may have been around for awhile and I just didn't notice, as I only buy hot and the green. Don't know what I am gonna do with them, they are maybe too HOT! So why did I buy them? BECAUSE THEY WERE THERE!
Any ideas?

one of them I may open up, but the other one I will definitely whimp out on. Might make a great addition to a sauce, one or two drops, lol, guess I was asking how I could use it, recipe-wise. I cannot imagine tossing it on chicken and rice like I do the hot.

I know just the person to gift it to, good idea!
thanks for not suggesting a high colonic, klc laugh

laugh

I've got a bottle of stuff called "DA BOMB" - rated in the "millions of Scoville units" ( Google that DB) - only takes 2 drops in a BIGGGG chili pot to put it over the edge.

need to compare it to "Comatose Heat Level"

I know all about the The Scoville Organaleptic Test. Measured in multiples of 100 units,
the pungency of chili peppers finds itself at zero Scoville Units in your basic green & colored bell peppers, while the hottest of hot peppers the Red Savina variety Habanero chili ranks in at a whopping 350,000 SHU. laugh

nah, I googled :p
