laugh laugh laugh Glad to hear all is well, maybe you should just leave the place boarded up for the season and come and enjoy our Texas weather here, with 80 plus degrees and sunny for weeks now. Not too many hurricanes, and we promise no ice storms for a couple of months.

My friend Robert sells Seaweed Juice in San Pedro. Pushes his cart all around town. After considerable "no thanks"...I tried it, and it wasn't bad. Taste abit like Egg Nog. It did NOT however improve my love life as promised. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
