Is there any type of bussiness needed that's not already in SP?

ha ha

I think there is a little more room for a few more real estate companies and time share sales folks. Any votes?

If we told you what was missing, that is potentially successful and would guarantee money in the bank, we would probably be doing it ourselves.

There are little niches for some small businesses, but chances are the types of biz wouldn't sustain a decent lifestyle here.

You really need to come down here, live for a few months, scope the place out for yourself and come up with a game plan.

As I noted in another thread, an upscale pool hall and an authentic Indian restaurant.

A bowling alley . . . that's the ticket.

And whatever happened to the rollercoaster?

Nice pool bar would be nice for sure. Profitability?

I always thought a dry cleaners would do well, seeing the island has many higher end resorts and homes/condos now. Enough demand to make a profit?

The photo/souveneir set-up may work. Take you and your friends picture on the beach/rest/club and sell it to you in a key chain or picture frame. I always buy those things!

Donut/bagel/coffee shop. No $8 cups of coffee please.

Subway kinda' business (not the underground kind KLC).

Horseback riding up on the North end of the island. Can't wait to here the comments on this one.

Just some ideas, I know, not all good ones,

SIN

Have you ever combined Indian food with a roller coaster? Probably not pretty!

Profitability would definitely be an issue with the pool bar but it sure would make a bunch of people happy.

6 tables at $4000US each charging $15US per hour would take about 400 days to pay off assuming they were each full for 4 hours per day (wishful thinking.)
