I just wanted to know if I can bring my kitty cat in the cabin. I am sorry, I was not trying to be funny.

While we all wish we could fly our pets on board with us, it is not always possible. Since the introduction of the pet passport scheme in the UK pets are flown in and out as cargo frequently. None of the transatlantic flights will allow dogs on board and almost none of the carriers to Europe allow it either. I know of people who fly their dog by cargo to the USA on virtually a monthly basis with no ill effects. We also have many families flying from Australia to the UK with their pets in cargo (for nearly a 24 hour flight) and they mostly seem fine too. We used to see a great number of animals suffering from trauma following quarantine, which is what all dogs and cats had to suffer when they entered the UK previously (6 months).
My dog is coming with me to Belize in cargo from Europe and then again from the USA. I am not jumping for joy about it but as far as I am aware (and please correct me if I am wrong), serious problems and death for pets in transit is pretty rare. We will of course be booking the seats on the plane to AC for her. I would advise anyone present on that day to avoid flying with us. She is an olympic whiner and farter. I think I might just take another plane!

i have traveled with my cat under the seat to belize and back....continental allows 2 "on board" animals per flight....there is alot involved as far as paperwork goes...it took several months to get it all together...you not only have to have the correct paperwork from belize, but also from the states...my vet in the states helped on this end, and dr. joe myers in orange walk helped on the belize end....between the two vets, it all pulled together...continental can give you the dimensions needed for the carrier....the animal cannont be more than 10 lbs, and must be able to stand up and turn around comfortably in the carrier....if you are only going for a short time, it would be better to leave your pet home....different if you are going long term...it can be a bit traumatic for your pet...kerry

What the.. give yourself a sticker? What does this mean? What is your age? Do your parents know you are playing on the internet?

I have to agree, Malibu and Frannie. I don't know who HelloKitty is, but this sticker stuff is weird. I don't want stickers. She may be nice and all of that, but this gooey stuff makes me need an insulin hit..waaayyy to sweet.
