The Calendar Girls & the SPSC will hold their auction promoting the Classroom Project. Following are the rules and procedures;
WHEN: Sunday, March12, 2006
WHERE: B.C.s Beach Bar & BBQ
TIME: 4:30 PM CST
Items: V.I.P Chairs (6)and misc. items primarily from the old Hid-Way-Lounge.
Silent bids (minimum opening bid $50.00US)will be accepted via email until 6:00PM CST, on Friday 3-10-06. Your email bid must be validated by sending a deposit equal to 50% of your bid at the time of submission, paid through the SPSC website www.sanpedrosc.org
using the "PayPal" function.
If you are not the winning bid,, your full deposit will be returned to you by "PayPal", unless you decide to donate your bid to the fund.
If you are the winning bid, the balance must paid using the "PayPal" function on our website, no later than midnight Monday, 3-13-06. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Failure to complete your payment by 3-13-06 will forfeit your deposit (and we will talk about you for years)
Live bidding will begin at 4:30 PM CST, on Sunday 3-12-06 at B.C.s. Bids will be made in Belize dollars and payment will be either Bze$$ or U.S.$$. Minimum opening bid will be $100.00 Bze. At the conclusion of the LIVE bidding on each item, the SILENT Bids will be opened and no further bids will be accepted. The highest bid between the LIVE BID and the SILENT BID, will be declared the WINNING BID.
THE WINNER OF EACH ITEM WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY DUTY AND/OR SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED.
