Antojitos? I'll have to try it when I'm down next!
Ok... off the top of my head (and straight outta H-town, Texas)...
Numero uno: Pappasito's for Mexican - yummy!!!
Next, in no particular order but my favorites for sure: The Capital Grille for steak and seafood Rainbow Lodge – American – nice for lunch and holidays Berryhill’s Baja – casual and fun for lounging Benjy’s – to be seen or SCENE! Goode Company for BBQ Niko Niko’s or Droubi’s for Greek Rickshaw for Asian Fish for Sushi Sambucca Jazz Café for fun nightlife and good food Backstreet Café – great date place! Carrabba’s for good Italian Pesce for good Seafood Smith & Wolensky for Steaks Pappa Brother’s Steakhouse is the first choice but one must take a loan to dine there! El Tiempo – good Mexican, fun for parties
#199048 - 07/27/0602:31 PMRe: What are the top restaurants in your area?
Morton's (for steaks of course!) Fujias (on Wurzbach) for sushi Mi Tieras for Mexican Dry Dock for oysters and cold beer! Aldos for Italian Chesters for burgers and cold beer! Rudy's or Tony Romas for ribs or BBQ Papadeauxs for seafood The Magic Time Machine ( I know a few of you will go WHAT?) for the best prime rib
For south of S.A.....Nuevo Laredo the Cadillac Bar for the best margaritas and cuban cigars!
But my all time favorite place to eat out is the Grey Moss Inn. The location is romantic and the food is (was)pretty good. Been a while since I've been there.
