Liberal: You have two cows. Your neighbor has none. You feel guilty for being successful. Instead of giving your neighbor one of your cows, you write to your congressmand, demanding that he pass legislation for more government programs to help your neighbor get a cow. You hold a concert to raise awareness for the cow-lessness. Barbara Streisand sings for the cow-less, who couldn't attend because ticket prices are so expensive that only people with 3 or 4 cows can afford to attend. You wear a ribbon that signifies that you care about cowless people, even though you really haven't done anything to help them at all.

Right, and conservatives just give their neighbor a cow! BAHHEHEHAHAA. What the GOP does is buy a satellite missle system to protect our freedom to own cows and lower taxes for everyone that has a million cows or over.

Ah, spots. There are different types of do-gooders. There are those who actually do good, whether they get press or not. these are people to be admired.
Then there are those who do feel-good, things that make them feel good about themselves, but who don't really improve things. these are not people to be admired. Just my opinion, of course. They are who they are, whether liberal or conservative.

Has anyone asked why the poor neighbor has no cow? Did someone steal his cow? Did he have a cow, and sold it to buy beer? Maybe the fact that he has no cow has nothing to do with conservatives refusing to give him a cow, or liberals complaining that conservatives won't give him a cow. Maybe he has made bad choices, or has a poor work ethic. It is lamentable that he has no cow, but it ain't my fault
:p

A Republican would sell the cow for nothing down, $99.00 a month w/30% interest. A Democrat would give the cow away and 1 year later say "you found my missing cow and take it back".
