Hard to believe the time's almost come to visit SP again. Soooo many months of waiting, and now it's down to just 21 days. The weeks will just fly by and then I'll be there. Anyone else around Oct 7-14? I'll be at Exotic Caye this time around.

Hi Littleengine, my husband, son and myself are arriving on Oct 8 for a week of fishing and relaxation. We are staying at Banyan Bay. Maybe we will run into you

Hey... glad to see there will be a few others around when I'm there. Not that I'd mind having the place to myself, but it would be nice to run into people and perhaps have a bit of company from time to time.

Make sure you go to Pedro's. Alot of boarders there.

I missed that place when I visited last year. I hear it's, ahhhh.. interesting. And has good pizza. laugh

Am mostly hoping to run into a few people to get together to go snorkelling, etc... with. When I was there last year, being the slow season, it was a little.... slow. It was hard to do some of the things I wanted to do because there weren't enough people signed up. frown

Littleengine, I love slow season! Even though you're at Exotic Caye, try booking some excursions through Monkey Business at Banana Beach - they always seem able to put together a group, even during slow season.
And as difficult as it is for me to choke this out - go by Pedro's at least once - it is, ahhhh... interesting! smile

lawcucui... Actually, last year I stayed at BB and that's who had to cancel my snorkelling. They needed a min of 2 people and I was the only one who signed up. :-(

Not to butt in here Little, but that would not have been BB's decision.....it would have been the actual operator since BB does not run the trips per se but is a facilitator. I can almost guarantee that, unless you specified a specific guide, they would have booked yo with another operator. Could just have been a slow day all around. Happens from time to time no matter where you book, even when not slow season.

Next time ( hopefully there is not one) if you are the only one, and really want to go, and you can swing it, offer to pay for two ppl.
