How to post a movie clip?

Hi all -

Got a really cool movie clip via e-mail this morning, and want to share it with everyone but... I don't know how to add it to a post. It's not a link on the e-mail, but an actual movie file. Is there a way to do this?

My reality check bounced.

Pretty confident you can't imbed the video directly here. You'll need the URL.
