I'm not looking for a fancy flashy animation, but how can I make an avatar from my own photo? I couldn't seem to get the "link to URL" thing to connect to my photo on yahoo....

First of all, optimum size is 48x48 pixels so you may need to resize it.

Image must reside on server somewhere. Then it SHOULD be a piece of cake to simply drop in the URL.

However, you might need to hire an ADP to make it work :p
