Lan,

In your response to ScubaLady you said something like keep your money in a U.S. account in a Belize bank.

How is this done. I thought if your money was in a Belize bank it was converted to Belize dollars.

Belize banks do have U.S. dollar accounts, but it may be difficult to get one.

Again, most people in business in Belize (resorts and such) keep have an account with a U.S. bank and transfer funds as needed.

I do beleive that the Belize Bank is now offering U.S dollar accounts from there branch in the Free Zone in Corozal.

Check with the banks here i also think Atlantic bank offers U.S dollar accounts also.
