The lot is located by Gaz Cooper's and Mata Chica. The "Nordic Tug" is supposed to be a good coastal cruiser. Diesel inboard, galley, head and bed. Economical to operate and stable in the water.

Sara, Well, it seems that we will be "pretty near" neighbors. We are about a mile (I think) south of Mata Chica, and hoping to spend some retirement months there... in a few years.
Welcome!

Deb, we got our lot through Amanda Syme (Sunrise Realty). We found her to be very helpful. It was our 2nd visit down and we really fell in love with the people, atmosphere and area. Diane's right, we have electricity, haven't decided on digging a well, collecting rain water or both. Some of the things you need to decide, of course, are location (near the airport, town, or quieter, more remote area) how much $, bay side or beach side. Diane is also in the realty business. Check out the Real Estate section of this we site and GOOD LUCK.
