I had considered becomming a retiree in Belize ,and being a citizen .It seems this is not possible under the circumstances at present . Could I just move there to a rented apartment ,and leave every 6 nonths ( back to Canada or even just to Mexico )and return ..? What kind of visa do I need ? In Mexico this is how things work (sorta) I'm not familar with Belize laws (and enforcement of these laws).
