would one need to know where the embassy is located? Obviously Belize has a stronger handshake with the US than Canada ($$$) but what are the relations between our countries from the pov from Belize? When our (Cdn) buck is closer to the US$, are we more welcome?

I had hoped (naively) through my investigations that the ties that bind Belize (primarily educationally) are GB oriented rather than US. Comments?? (remember, I'm blonde...)
