We have had our Retirement Residency for almost 2 years. One change in the QRP program when we got ours in 2003 is that now people have to renew every 2 years. Our cards expire in August, 2005, and, given the months it took us to get them in the first place (we received the cards in October, expiration date August), we have begun trying to find out how to renew. I have called the BTB office many times over the past 2 months, left messages, e-mailed, and have never had a reply. Does anyone know how the renewals take place -- we assume there is yet another fee. Any ideas how to get a reply from BTB??
