My wife and I will be in SP on fri and next week we want to look at some property. What I need is a few names of realitors that are trust worthy and not pushy> I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM REALITORS I would like to hear from people who have bought in SP. Please PM me with all responses so there is not any way this can be considered an add

Thank you
J D

JD, remember that most properties are not sold exclusively by one realtor or realestate company, not unless that is the agreement between the agency and the seller, so a lot of times it is a good idea to find out what is available and then check around and see who is asking what and if the realtor in question has an exclusive right to the property. And don't buy anything without a lawyer involved!

Kippe-he only wants to hear from people who have bought property in Belize-how much have you bought(answer none)-IMO a lawyer is not necessary-I have purchased 5 properties never used a lawyer-what do I know
Steve is a good choice as is Amanda and Chris at Sunrise and of course Chris at Pelican Properties is my personal favourite

Go to www.seinebight.com. They have just posted a new publication that should be of interest to anybody thinking about buying land in Belize.
What is wrong with pointing out that the realestate scene in Belize is somewhat different and that some caution is in order? By the way, I actually have bought property in Belize.
