I will be arriving at the end of January and spending a month on CC; any guesthouse or budget hotel owners out there with an available, inexpensive roon with private bath for one person for that period of time? I KNOW there must be reasonable lodgings but everything I can find on the internet seems to start around 40 USD a night, which is a bit high for me.
