Three of us will be visiting CC in June for a couple of days and are interested knowing more about where to stay. I have noticed many of the places listed in this and other sites do not have a website with information.
Any suggestions/recommendations appreciated
Thanks, ML

LARRY: PRICES VARY, BEST BARGAIN IS TINA'S AT $7.50 PER NIGHT, ON UP FROM THERE DEPENDING ON YOUR TASTE.

First off I don't have any taste, but with that said, what in the world could you get for $7.50 a night?
I guess I should have been a little more clear as to what we are looking for. Something with one double bed and a couch or two beds. Also on the beach would be nice, and a fridge that we can stock a few beers in. Finally, call me anal, but I would want a private bath. I don't even like sharing the bathroom with my wife. (she actually appreciates that) Again thanks for any and all advice. ML

Places with a fridge, beachfront, private bath:

Diane's Beach House (East beach) @ 145
+TV, A/C & full kitchen

Auxillou Suites (East beach) @ 99
+TV, A/C & kitchenette

Seaside Cabanas (East beach) @95
+ TV, A/C

Iguana Reef Inn (West beach) @120
+ TV, A/C

Trends Beachfront (East beach)@45

and I am not sure about Tree Tops or Mara's for fridge and other amenities...

Cheers,

Sunshine, Thanks a bunch for the information, one more question (at least for now) what is the difference between the east beach and the west beach besides the obvious?

the west beach is the wrong side of the island. all the mosquitos when they are around hang out there. the east beach is where all the cool breezes come in from.

larry; f.y.i., tina's is a hostel with 4-6 beds per room - a great bargain if you don't mind company. perhaps you and buddies could all stay together, cold beers just a few steps in the sand away...
