I am interested in selling 1000 shares of stock for $100 U.S. each for a small tourism project (a backpacker's campground / budget lodging which I have temporarily named "Backpacker's Heaven - Caye Caulker" ) which I am interested in completing before the season starts in December of this year. The expected rate of return on your investment would probably be at least 10% a year.
Will the 1000 shares of stock be voting or non-voting shares? Do you plan to sell a preferred stock? By any chance do you have a prospectus? I also understand that the BTB is not approving a backpacker style accomodation facility on any of the islands or on the mainland. How will this affect your establishment in terms of getting approval? I am interested.

Wendy, why not 100 people investing $1000? I guess 1000 people will kiss off $100 easier. So let me get this right, for my $100 I get $10 back each year and in 10 years I have my hundred dollars back?.....and what else? Why not just ask for $100 donations, which is what you really want!
