I am planning a trip back to the island betwwen Jan. and Mar. 2004. Would like suggestions on accomadation for about 6 to 8 weeks. The lower the price the better. Stayed at Martinez last time but only for 15 days. Please e-mail any info to address below.
Also wondering if there is still a need for books for library, if so what types, age group, etc.
Last but not least, wondering if lazy lizard is still in biz, who are proprietors, last I knew it was a Canadian named Ken.

Martinez is pretty inexpensive, however, when you get to the island you might be able to find a room for less. Tina's backpacker hostle is/was $8 U.S. a night per person.
The split is now being run by Big George.

Unless you're here to pick up a year long rental, the $600-800 price range is what you'll be paying during high season.
