Is there a ferry that runs between Caye Caulker and Ambergris Caye? We will be staying on AC, but was hoping to catch a ferry and spend at least one day & night on Caye Caulker. Does CC get so busy in Feb. that I would need advance reservations? Just trying to figure it all out.
Thanks
Coco Loco Lady

Yes, there is a water taxi that shuttles between the 2 islands. Boats leave from Sharks' Bar dock about every 1-1/2 hours. The island is busy in February, its possible to get lodging by walk in, but remember, this little island has only about 350 hotel rooms, so we fill up fast. It would be better for you to make reservations at that time of the year.

You should probably think about changing your name from "coco" it has another meaning in Creole.
