Only 25 days til our arrival! It's our first trip to CC and can't wait! We'll be there for 8 days....need suggestions on items to bring that we can't live without.

Also, are there any special events for New Years?

What you could bring that others can't live without are sheets for the clinic ( a real need!) and any other medical items you care to donate. I would encourage anyone who plnas to visit during the holidays or at anytime to bring these type of donations to the clinic. If you are bringing Cipro or any other anti-biotic please consider leaving it with the clinic before you embark home. They need it for those who can not afford the water taxi fare to Belize city, much less the cost of a perscription. The paradise you will be visiting populace have the same levels of economic status as anywhere else. You will feel better and you will have more room in your baggage to bring back some wonderfull treasures you will find and/or buy there!
We fell in love with Caye Caulker and we will be back soon!!

right on falcos

You might want to bring along a beach towel as most hotels do not provide them. You might also want to bring along some sunblock and underwater disposable cameras.
