I have heard there are nice homes on Caye Caulker for rent for $300 per month. Does anyone have any information on these and contact information? For others, the Caye Caulker Apartments are excellent! Clean, comfortable, with kitchenettes, nice and new. We enjoyed being there!

Inexpensive, quality rentals are not uusually immediately availalbe (for the price of $300 U.S. a month) To get a deal like that you usually have to wait for someone to move out, housing is very limited here. I have been living here for 2 years and would like a deal like that. I think you stand a better chance of renting something in the $500-600 U.S. a month price range. In high season, the prices will probably be higher.
