Does anyone know the phone number for the Rainbow Hotel and Romie and Jim's hotel?

I am trying to get reservations....

Jim was 501 226 0295 under the old system when we had only four numbers.I don't see a new listing.His brother Abel's number is 226 0292
Rainbow is 226 0123 in the book.

I will call them if not. Are hotels cheaper at any certain time of year? I am debating between Jan and Feb.
