Does anyone know if water taxi tickets from C/C Water Taxi Ass'n may be purchased in advance online with credit card? I need help on the timing as well, so I know what trips to ask for (if I can.)

We arrive in BCity at 3:30 PM on Feb. 1-will we make either a 4:30 or 5:30 boat to C/C ?( I hope at least the latter)
Similarly, coming out of C/C, with a 4:30 PM plane from BCity, which is safest- noon or 1:30?

I guess I need to know the times to ask for first,then it would be great to have the tickets in hand when we arrive.

You can't get tickets online from Water Taxi Ass.
One can make a 5:30 watertaxi dependably with a 3:30 arrival as long as you are only carrying tourist stuff, not an inflatable boat, two windsurfers and a dishwasher for your cousin's house.
Hint: don't bring a speargun checked or not..
You can make a 4:30 International plane with the 1:30 small plane. Though the commuter flight is often late the Int. Airport has only short walks and security measures are not as crazy as in the US,though perfectly adequate.

just to clarify- I'll be on the boat, not flying, back to BC on the 8th so do you still think the 1:30 taxi from C/C is early enough to make the 4:30 flight back to Oregon?

Its a 45 minute boat ride from Caye Caulkre to Belize City, then 20 minutes from the Marine Terminal to the International Airport. That puts you into the airport with less than 2 hours departure time, that is if all goes well. In my opinion, no its cutting it too short, someone else may have a different opinion than me.

More than enough time to make duty free and your flight( along with the local who sells really GOOD rum drinks he makes hinself)north with time to spare. One of his drinks, a bottle of rum and a case of beer is the way to drown the need to return to the Northwest and make plans to return. I know, I live in Seattle.

How much is the taxi from Goldson to the Marine Terminal and how much is the water taxi to CC round trip?
I'll be looking for fellow travelers to share the taxi to the terminal with me on 12/16. Just 32 more days, but who's counting...ME.

Water taxi is 35 bzd/$17.50 U.S. when you buy a round trip ticket, auto taxi from the airport to the Marine Terminal should run about $25 U.S. one way, per taxi, not per person.

No, thank goodness we are not that advanced here, (the island's motto is GO SLOW) remember you're on vacation. But I know there are about 10 of them in Belize City, very few with security because the market is so small.

You must be flying AA via DFW with those times. I just did that Nov 12 - 15.
We landed and had checked bag and made the 4:30 water taxi. To be safe I took the 12 noon water taxi from CC to BZE. Had a great time. Its very laid back and very casual.
My husband was overdressed in golf shirts for dinner!
