hi all I will be back in Belize this feb(06) and am considering a home in caye caulker. Are there bulders on the caye or should I buy an existing house?
Where is the perferred properties?

I did send an email to Pelican Point Subdivision
& Sunset Bay Resort to get some information or pics. I never got answer. I am interested in informations about that project. Is that a good investment? Reefdiver - what are your plannings. Do you have some pics or any information about Pelican Point. What´s about the Resort - any information about that?

Unless you're loaded with American $ you might want to talk to Gabriel at Tropical Paradise...

and...oops, I forgot...there are some nice lots accross the split( and it looks like they are legally platted) that are currently for sale...in the 6 months between my last two visits, the ones with beach front - which the gov't will eventually clear - went up $20,000. They're gonna go but I don't have the capital or enough years left to make it worth it...you might want to talk to Vani at Tropical Paradise///
