I cannot imagine why you need to know this...

These numbers are rough:

$1BZ for a 5lb bag of drinkable (you can get this at any store, or restaurants/bars use Tropical Paradise Ice Delivery)

$.50BZ for 10lb of well/brackish ice - pickup at the gas station by the back dock.

ICE? your answer would be for making cocktails and keeping beer cold most important for a sucessful holliday on the caye .

Chris, no offense intended...

As a huge fan of the Caye and a strong proponent of tourism, I hope you are not deciding to travel here based on the cost of ice.

In fact, if you do end up coming to CC, I will buy you a bag of ice. [Linked Image]

P.S. I would be fascinated to learn what the cost of ice is in the other Caribbean island destinations you are considering? How do we compare?

Not too easy to camp here unless you have local friends. No place for tents and you can't easily secure your goods.I have met a few who tried this and didn't like it much in the end.

He's right Chris you can't camp, but there are plenty of places in your price range. Try Albert's or Tina's
