Rough time to get into a long term as all the usual rental houses are occupied by their owners. Best thing to do is come down and get into a weekly place for 1-2months. During this time, you will get to know what else is available.

Have you tried Ocean Pearl Royal Hotel? For $600 a month, you can get a really nice cabana with two bedrooms, bath, fully-furnished kitchen with fans and TV. We stayed there and were really pleased...
