Is this statement still true:

The Coral Beach Dive Shop not only has been around for a long time, but also has the Offshore Express, the only live-aboard based in San Pedro.

Many years out of date. There are currently no liveaboards operating from SP, though Offshore Express and Tabutne 1 are both physically based here.
