Need your help again! We have booked at the Seven Seas for a week beginning 9/6. Read the recent comment from Wendy that she doesn't like the location.Could you all comment on that for us? We chose them mainly because they were close to town and we would be able to walk to most restaurants, etc,so now we are hoping we did not make a mistake! They were the most prompt in responding to our e-mails (Paradise Villas took 3 weeks to get back to us!) Thanks again to all of you.. we have certainly learned so much from you! Any comments re Seven Seas welcome.

Didn't you call Belize Tradewinds Travel Agencey's 1-800 number for Paradise Villas? The travel agency owns the Villas and can book you that day.......

Debbie..did not have an 800 number for Paradise Villas, and we e-mailed Marki(the person you recommended) also, but neither responded for 3 weeks despite the repeated mailings..said they had computer problems. We needed to book so we decided on the Seven Seas, and can't change at this point. We would just like input on the location and what the pros/cons of this hotel are and what Wendy referred to as far as not liking the location. We will basically just be sleeping there as we will be sunning/ swimming and site-seeing most of the time.Just wondered what the problem with 'location' referred to. Thanks!

AS I remember 7 seas is on the north end of San Pedro Town, before the river/cut. Maybe other's concerns are that taxi/cars travel on the beach in that area. There are picnic tables with thatched roofs along the beach in that area. I looked at their site on the home page, their rates are great. You will be fine, no matter where you stay. Just go and enjoy.

Don't Worry, You will be fine!!!
I checked out the Seven Seas for some friends, I didn't stay there but I did walk there and back from town. It is not in town but it is within an easy walking distance. You will be able to walk into and back from town unless you are disabled. There is a nice stretch of beach along the walk and it should be more quiet than down town!!
You can get pizza delivered from the Barrier Reef Restaurant anytime you want to stay put!!
We do when we are beat from a day in the Sea, Sun & Fun! And we stay in Town!!
