no you are doing it correct. are you using a funny calling card
load skype to your computer and call from that, it is $0.25 per min and works well.

Thanks for your quick response. I've had this calling card forever and have called AC in the past using it. Thought maybe I had something wrong. Will try again and if it doesn't work will try your suggestion. We'll be down (god willing) in 34 days!
