Pelican Reef Villa opinions wanted

Contemplating our second trip to SP and looking at Pelican Reef Villas. First stay was at Belizean Shores and enjoyed it very much but traveling with another couple this year (AC virgins) and want a 2BR villa. Interested in receiving any current opinions on this place.

It's VERY nice, great pool & bar, lovely beach and nice folks run it.

They are pretty far south so walking to town is out, but just a 10 minute golf cart trip.

The units are furnished great and very stylish.

I could live there very easily!
