I need 3-4 bedrooms that seems to narrow the choices a lot.

While I personally have never stayed there, I have been told it is a first class place. Some day I get back down there when I can stay longer and stay there myself.

We just stayed at Casa Bonita (3bdrm + sofa bed)... wonderful home on beach with deck and dock... short walk to town... short walk to the Palapa bar... Oscar lives next door to meet all your questions and needs.
Everyone at Caye Management is GREAT, helpful and friendly.

have you found anything with availability yet? A friend of mine and her family are coming to visit April and all the private homes they contacted were booked.
