Should be arriving mid June for 7 days and I am curious as to generally what are conditions, species around (really), capt's for charter.

Outside reef--What fish are generally around? What is typical presentation, ballyhoo/artificial troll, dead boating, kites, etc. What are typical conditions (seas, rain, etc) What are general rates for 2 people--typically require a "dock coordination" with others?

Reef-- Anything out of ordinary? Would assume multiple species of grouper and snapper. Anyone specialize in light gear for the reefs utilizing live bait? How do the selling back of catch laws work? Same question above related to general rates.

Flats-- Bones, Permit, and Tarpon. Understand the bones should be fairly plentiful but small to average. Permit are scarce but Tarpon seem fairly abundunt and average to large. Typically looking for light 6-8 lb spinning for bone/permit and then for Tarpon graduate up depending on typical tarpon size in area. Again looking for capt's and general idea of rates.

All information is appreciated.
