I might be able to help you with the crock pot. Do you think I could get it through customs without paying tax?

Kv when are you planning to come?

I would be willing to pay tax if it was not huge, thing is I priced crocks at 2 stores here and they were $125 and $121 bzd so If it did not work out any cheaper then I would likely buy one here.

I have a couple more shops to check there is also possibility that they will be cheaper in Belize city too.

Thanks for your offer to help will keep you posted.

They're going to be way cheaper coming from the states. I have one that I don't use, so we could just make a deal for that, or I could swing by walmart and pick one up for you. I am coming on Saturday. I've never brought anything through customs that required a tax to be paid on it. Do I just tell them how much its worth, and they believe me? Or do I need to show them a receipt or something?

Or if it is "my" crock pot, do I get to bring it for free?

Law I was looking for a 5 quart size.

Had one in Toronto and I really wanted to bring it, but sadly did not have enough room to bring it back here. So I sold it in our big sale.

I try to buy local (and usually do) Jessie but we do budget, and while I consider this a necessity item over a luxury one, it is hard to swallow paying so much more.

Kvarner I really do not know about the tax thing. Thankfully I have never been charged in coming here. I do not usually get my bags checked.

Would you even have room for it?

Cheapest price I founds so far is $110 at wings.
