First of all let me thank all of you who helped me get ready for my first trip to AC. We went down 2/3 and came back 2/10. We have visited several places in the Carabbean and this ranks high on our list. While we were there they started the paving project. They worked until eight each night.
Some first timer observiation, where did the Kamakazi taxis come from. I rented a golf cart and could not believe how they drove. I think that the traffic laws are just suggestions down there. I found that everyone that I came into contact with were the most wonderful people both locals and tourists. The food prices ran the gammet from great to too high. It just depends where you eat. Some of the best food was off the beach in little mom and pop places. We hope to come back soon.
