Protect all those nasty citizens from themselves. They are untrustworthy, incompetent, stupid, deluded, easily influenced and totally incapable of fending for themselves. However, on the other hand, they do vote for their favorite candidate. Never mind. Human nature must not be left in the hands of mere humans. I'm with you, Otter. OH, and educational institutions are the last people to count on for protection, next to the government. Thank Heaven we have the ACLU. I'm melting, melting.
