Hi guys 'n gals,

I really did do a search for this question and couldn't find anything.(hmmm ... not the question, that I know, what I need is the answer). How much time should I allow between our arrival time in Belize and when making a reservation on either Tropic or Maya Air to fly to SP. Also, on the return trip?

We're coming April 30th, and I don't think that I can wait any faster

Allow about 40-60 minutes. Either Tropic or Maya will get you on the next available flight after you check in with them--not a problem. You need to be at International 2 hours before your flight out. Figure back from that, in other words fly out from San Pedro 2 hours 15 minutes (or more, not less) before your flight to the US/Canada/Europe leaves.

Be careful if you're arriving at the International Airport just in time for the last flight out to AC without a reserved seat. That flight often gets fully booked in advance, and while they may put on a special flight for you (as Tropic have for me on occasion) there's no certainty about that.
